Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Purée

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1/4 butternut squash

  • 100 ml plant-based milk

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Steam the vegetables for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Blend with milk and olive oil.

  3. Season and serve warm.
