INGREDIENTS
1 sweet potato
1/4 butternut squash
100 ml plant-based milk
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Steam the vegetables for 15-20 minutes.
Blend with milk and olive oil.
Season and serve warm.
