Sugar-Free Apple & Pear Compote

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apples

  • 2 pears

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup water

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and chop the fruits.

  2. Cook them on low heat with water and cinnamon for 15 minutes.

  3. Blend if needed and serve warm or cold.
