Roasted Pears with Honey and Thyme

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pears, halved and cored

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

  • Salt, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and olive oil, then sprinkle with thyme and a pinch of salt.

  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until pears are tender and caramelized.

  4. Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
