Roasted Pears with Honey and Thyme
INGREDIENTS
4 pears, halved and cored
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Salt, to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and olive oil, then sprinkle with thyme and a pinch of salt.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, until pears are tender and caramelized.
Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
