Montreal-Style Steak with Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
2 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye)
1 tbsp Montreal steak spice
1 tbsp butter
2 potatoes, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and roast for 30 minutes.
Season steaks with Montreal steak spice and sear in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes per side.
Let rest before serving with roasted potatoes.
