Montreal-Style Steak with Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye)

  • 1 tbsp Montreal steak spice

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 potatoes, diced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and roast for 30 minutes.

  3. Season steaks with Montreal steak spice and sear in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes per side.

  4. Let rest before serving with roasted potatoes.
