Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Coat chicken thighs with the mixture and place in a baking dish.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway, until golden brown.
