Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
4 bone-in chicken thighs
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken thighs with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway, until golden brown.
