Light Potato & Celeriac Gratin

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes

  • 1 celeriac

  • 200 ml plant-based milk

  • 50 g grated cheese

  • Nutmeg, salt, pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Slice the potatoes and celeriac thinly.

  2. Layer them in a baking dish, pour in the milk, and season.

  3. Top with cheese and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
