Light Potato & Celeriac Gratin
INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
1 celeriac
200 ml plant-based milk
50 g grated cheese
Nutmeg, salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Slice the potatoes and celeriac thinly.
Layer them in a baking dish, pour in the milk, and season.
Top with cheese and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
