Honey Glazed Lamb Chops
INGREDIENTS
8 lamb chops
4 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Brush the honey mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops.
Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
