SKale & Mushroom Stir-Fry
INGREDIENTS
3 kale leaves
100 g mushrooms
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
PREPARATION
Sauté the minced garlic in sesame oil.
Add the chopped kale and sliced mushrooms.
Drizzle with soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
