SKale & Mushroom Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 kale leaves

  • 100 g mushrooms

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

PREPARATION

  1. Sauté the minced garlic in sesame oil.

  2. Add the chopped kale and sliced mushrooms.

  3. Drizzle with soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
