Honey & Thyme Glazed Carrots & Parsnips

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 carrots

  • 2 parsnips

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Thyme, salt, pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and cut the vegetables into sticks.

  2. Sauté them in olive oil.

  3. Add honey and thyme, and caramelize for 5 minutes.
