Honey-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries

INGREDIENTS

  • Brussels sprouts (halved)

  • Olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar

  • Dried cranberries and chopped pecans

PREPARATION

  1. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar.

  2. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped pecans before serving.
