Honey-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries
INGREDIENTS
Brussels sprouts (halved)
Olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar
Dried cranberries and chopped pecans
PREPARATION
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped pecans before serving.
