Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
6 bone-in chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides, about 3–4 min per side.
In a bowl, mix garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Pour sauce over chicken, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
