Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides, about 3–4 min per side.

  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar.

  4. Pour sauce over chicken, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
