Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS
Beef tenderloin
Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)
Garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper
PREPARATION
Rub the beef tenderloin with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs.
Sear on all sides in a hot skillet, then roast in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
