Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS

  • Beef tenderloin

  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)

  • Garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Rub the beef tenderloin with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs.

  2. Sear on all sides in a hot skillet, then roast in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness.

  3. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
