Garlic Butter Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.

  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
