Easy Roasted Turkey Breast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 boneless turkey breast (1–1.5 kg)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence

  • Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Mix butter, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.

  4. Roast for 1h15–1h30, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
