Easy Roasted Turkey Breast
INGREDIENTS
1 boneless turkey breast (1–1.5 kg)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
Salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix butter, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
Roast for 1h15–1h30, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
