INGREDIENTS
Sponge cake (homemade or store-bought)
Chocolate buttercream frosting
Powdered sugar for dusting
PREPARATION
Roll a thin sponge cake with buttercream frosting.
Cover the outside with more frosting, using a fork to create a “woodgrain” texture.
Dust with powdered sugar to mimic snow and decorate with berries or small sprigs of rosemary.
