Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pears and Walnuts

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 pear, sliced

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add Brussels sprouts and cook until caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Add pears and walnuts, then cook for 2-3 minutes more.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
