Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pears and Walnuts
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
1 pear, sliced
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add Brussels sprouts and cook until caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
Add pears and walnuts, then cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
