Broccoli & Leek Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 broccoli

  • 2 leeks

  • 1 potato

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 750 ml vegetable broth

  • Salt, pepper, olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Sauté the garlic and chopped leeks in olive oil.

  2. Add the chopped broccoli and potato.

  3. Pour in the broth and let simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Blend and serve hot.
