Braised Red Cabbage with Apples and Cranberries
INGREDIENTS
1 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 apple, sliced
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add cabbage, apple, and cranberries, cooking until slightly softened.
Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey, then season with salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
