Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 cup almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
PREPARATION
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add maple syrup if desired for additional sweetness.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
