Baked Cod with Garlic & Lemon
INGREDIENTS
2 cod fillets
1 clove garlic, minced
½ lemon, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Top with garlic, lemon slices, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes until fish is flaky.
