Baked Cod with Garlic & Lemon

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cod fillets

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ lemon, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Top with garlic, lemon slices, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes until fish is flaky.
